Join hands to transform lives in Ladakh:

Padma Lamo, a dedicated PhD scholar from IIT Bhubaneshwar, is on a mission to bring transformative change to the lives of 200 high school girls in a remote government school in Ladakh.

Over the next five years, she aims to not only conduct pioneering research in Applied Linguistics but also create a lasting impact on the educational and personal growth of these girls.

While also benefiting their families through enhanced awareness of government schemes related to health, financial literacy, and social welfare.
